About Us

The leadership behind AllGo Sports Group has spent the past four years building and elevating the girls flag football community in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Teams under their direction have captured eight NSYFFL championships in three seasons, along with three regional tournament titles — including the Bears NFL Flag Regional Championship, which qualified AllGo’s nationally ranked 14U team for the NFL Flag National Championships in July 2026.

As the game continues to grow, AllGo is committed to advancing girls flag football locally while contributing to its expansion at the state, regional, and national levels. With increasing opportunities for collegiate scholarships, Olympic competition, and emerging professional flag football leagues, our focus remains on preparing athletes for every path available to them. At AllGo, development extends beyond the field — empowering athletes with the skills, confidence, and mindset to pursue their goals in football and in life.

Coach Godbout brings more than 15 years of experience as both a player and coach in flag football. He began his football journey playing on a state championship high school team in Cheshire, Connecticut, and later continued competing in flag football throughout college and post-college leagues.

Motivated by one of his three daughters wanting to play football, Coach Godbout partnered with Coach Wang to help create new opportunities for girls in the sport. Together, they co-founded the Jr. Titans Girls Flag Football Program and the Glenbrook South High School Girls Flag Football Team. Under his leadership, the Jr. Titans captured five NSYFFL championships, while the Glenbrook South program achieved exceptional success in its first three seasons — finishing 5th, 17th, and 2nd, respectively,  in the state and earning two Central Suburban League, two Regional, and two Sectional Championships.

Coach Wang brings more than 15 years of football coaching experience at both the tackle and flag levels. A former Stevenson High School standout, he continued his playing career at Miami University before transitioning into coaching.

He spent 10 years on the coaching staff at Loyola Academy, helping lead the program to two state championships. Coach Wang later partnered with Coach Godbout to launch the Jr. Titans Girls Flag Football Program and the Glenbrook South High School Girls Flag Football Team. Under his leadership, the Jr. Titans won three NSYFFL championships, while the Glenbrook South program achieved exceptional success in its first three seasons — finishing 5th, 17th, and 2nd in the state and capturing two Central Suburban League, two Regional, and two Sectional Championships.

 Coach Hoobler brings a diverse and highly specialized coaching background across boys and girls tackle and flag football. He has served as the Offensive Coordinator/QB Coach and Special Teams Coach for the Middle School Boys Little Giants 11v11 tackle football team. Coach Hoobler has also served as the Offensive Coordinator for the Jr. Titans 7v7 flag football program and Head Coach of a youth NFL League 6v6 Coed Flag Football Team.   On the National Travel Level, Coach Hoobler has served as the Defensive Coordinator for the 13U Girls 5v5 travel team and at the high school level he is the Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator for all of the AllGo Flag Girls 5v5 National Travel Teams. Under his leadership, the 14U team has earned a Top 10 National Ranking by HSFA Flag and they have won all three tournaments they have entered during the 2025–26 school year, reflecting his strong offensive vision and ability to develop competitive, high-performing teams.
